My scenes begin when Wander is cutting wheat and making bread while Hater waits for toast. The rest of Wander afterwards is all mine (feeding the animals, making bread again) and Hater panicking was someone else's job.

Wander Over Yonder Animation
Now I can show off some of my wanderful animation here :P

Mochi Mochi! - Galway Film Fleadh
My student
film ‘Mochi Mochi!’ has recently been selected for screening at this year’s
Galway Film Fleadh which takes place later this month. It is to be shown under the ‘shorts’ category
so here’s a sneak peak at Shiro the Japanese rabbit as she ventures into her
examination.
Congratulations
to my other fellow colleagues who have also had their shorts selected.

Summit Fever Pencil Tests - Part #1
So finally, after eight months of hard work we reached the top of the summit. We have our film finished and ready to be submitted into a number of festivals. Figured I should show some of the pencil tests and clean ups in TV Paint here on the blog now that I have some spare time. I'll need to make a show reel in the next couple of days.

Lilly Woods Model Sheet
Finally got round to cleaning up this orthographic sheet of my Lilly character:
She's from a script writing project I did a year back with a couple of friends where we developed a ten episode cartoon series. The project was entitled 'Lilly's Zombie Bunny' and was about the random mishaps of a girl who has the ability to see ghosts around her home town which causes her to be treated like a black sheep by other people. Until she meets a smart-ass zombie rabbit named Ozmand who's on a mission from the underworld and the two of them end up in all kinds of screwball events you can expect from a cartoon.
It sounds like a bizzare concept but the mock-pitch we did with the Irish Film Board was highly positive so I'd like to keep this project warm for another day.
The main reason I finished this up was because I applied for a character design job (fingers crossed) and wanted to have something like this on my portfolio for their consideration. I'd also like to try modeling her on 3ds Max sometime.

Dug's Special Mission Drawings
Dug is my favorite character from UP (2009), so on my birthday last March I pretty much drew this for myself:
Kinda sad, I know. But for whatever reason I decided to stick it up on the billboard in the animation room. And as we all know, everybody loves Dug so this drawing attracted a lot of attention. Even another student from the other group in the course (Abby I think her name is?) asked me if I was planning on doing another one of these drawings. I can't really say no to a girl, so:
Only thing about putting these on the billboard is that everybody loved the drawings so much they apparently wanted to follow my thread and stick up all their drawings with pop-culture references on it. There was all sorts from Duke Nukem, troll and procrastinating student drawings to cover up my Dug drawings, which kinda got out of hand!
But what was nice is that Abby put a small little note beside my drawings saying "These make me glad. :D "
I might do another sequel to my Dug's Special Mission drawings for her sometime. :)
My apologies for the crappy quality of these by the way. They were too big to fit into the scanner so I had to take photographs instead.
"Master will be most displeased to learn there's no more cake because of you!"

"Look Alpha! I finally made him my prisoner!"
